What was the task?
Create a wellness brand that did not exist yet and open it inside a Marriott, on schedule.
What did Spark do, and why?
We started with the concept and the positioning, then the identity and packaging, then the service menu and how it would be sold. Only after that the launch night: press, partners, the room, the run of show. The architectural photo set and the portrait series were shot before opening so the brand had its own images on day one.
What was the result?
Opened on schedule with a complete visual system, its own photography and a content kit the team kept using. The business was later built up and sold.
